I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect for me as I was on a writing vacation, tucked away in a big park up a hill. It provided a peaceful and tranquil environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist sites. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a balcony, and free Wi-Fi. I especially appreciated the electric kettle in the room, allowing me to make my own tea whenever I wanted. The restaurant on-site served delicious meals, and the swimming pool was a great place to relax and cool off.
For anyone looking to be closer to the tourist sites, the location might not be as appealing. However, taking the metro was easy and convenient, so it wasn't a major concern.

The hotel had a swimming pool but charged quite a lot for guests to swim in it.

Great location near bus stop and airport shuttle. Nice view of garden. Friendly and helpful staff. Cooking facilities in rooms. Close to metro for easy transportation. Good value for money with 4-star quality. Large apartment style rooms with balcony.
Nothing to dislike.

The room was a self contained apartment and was huge with a small kitchen, dining table, lounge room, flat screen and separate bedroom and large bathroom and large balcony. It was a close walk to shops and metro. Also a great restaurant in house. Loved it - will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a quad room, 1 queen bed, and a pull out sofa that our 1 teen slept on, but needed a cot for the other. Lots of space compared to an in the city hotel. 10 minute walk to the subway line, but nothing touristy around the hotel worth seeing
Front desk staff very business like and not overly friendly. Seems many expected regular things were "extras" like 8 Euros per person to swim for an hour, and charges for WiFi. Booked out here away from the noise of downtown, but the dance/party band started up outside in the hotel courtyard both nights we were there and played pretty late and loud. Breakfast was adequate

When I visit Rome, I always stay at this amazing place. The staff is super helpful, even giving me tips on taxis. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, fitness studio, indoor pool, spa, laundry. Perfect for my business trips. No regrets!

Staff was pleasant and efficient. Rooms were large.
Air conditioning smelled of mildew. Breakfast was substandard. It had no real juice, canned fruit and instant coffee.

Proximity to Rome. Staff was very pleasant.
Rooms looked tired and worn. Stains on walls and "orgainic (blood?)" stain down the outside of the bathtub. Stains on bed covers. Did not feel a need to pay to swim - should be included with cost of room!

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro stop, so it’s easy to reach different tourist sites without having to spend a lot on taxis. Some rooms have a view of the beautiful gardens and an outdoor bar, which is a nice place to relax. the rooms are large and have plenty of storage space for your belongings.
The quality of the meals served in the hotel’s restaurant leaves much to be desired.

Very big rooms with a kitchen
The airconditioning did not work as well, so it was warm in the night. The wifi was expensive

We loved the hotel's location next to a beautiful garden and so close to the Metro. The staff was courteous and helpful in answering our queries. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel until our flight later in the evening.
There is a charge for the use of the swimming pool at 10 euros per person. This was not clear on the website and was not stated on the booking confirmation, although other additional charges were, such as the city tax per person, and the fee for the use of wifi. We chose this hotel particularly for the swimming pool as it was the last day of our holiday after a very busy trek across Italy. We were gobsmacked that there was the extra charge as the hotel accommodation was already pricey; we had to have two rooms because they would not allow five of us in one suite. The breakfast was appalling; tinned fruit, dry cakes and prepackaged mini toast, slimy ham and tasteless cheese. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The price was reasonable, the walk to a Metro station only about 10 minutes, value for money was fairly good.
For compensation for a location in the suburbs, they should have offered some extras ie free or cheaper WiFi. The hotel was showing some general shabbiness, small repairs needed
